The Orland Park Area Chamber of Commerce will host the 1st Annual SummerFest, an event combining a carnival, live music, car show, an outdoor market and community expo, at 142nd and LaGrange Rd. in Orland Park from Thursday, June 15 through Sunday, June 18.

The event will kick-off on Thursday, June 15 with a Sensory Carnival Session for individuals with special needs.  The carnival is open to the general public beginning at 5:30 p.m. and the Village of Orland Park Market at the Park will be held beginning at 6:30 p.m. with live entertainment offered at Crescent Park. Bingo will be offered beginning at 5:30 and a DJ Dance Party will take place from 8 -11 p.m.

The fun will continue on Friday, June 16 and Saturday, June 17 when the carnival opens at 2 p.m., the Community Expo will run from 2-7 p.m., live music will be offered from 5-9 p.m. and bingo will begin at 2 p.m. in the bingo tent. Sunday is the final day of the event beginning with a noon opening and a car show at 3 p.m. Live music will be available on the main stage until 9 p.m.
