Chef Rodolfo Cuadros from Don Bucio’s Taqueria is partnering with some of Chicago’s top chefs for special Taco Tuesday collaborations all summer long. Diners will get to try one-of-a-kind tacos inspired by the collaboration during select Tuesdays in summer. Participating chefs include Chef Bill Kim from Urbanbelly, Chef Manny Mendoza from Herbal Notes, Chef Rudy Oliveros from El Ideas and more. Diners can expect taco inspirations ranging from Korea and Italy down to Colombia and Mexico.
