Publican Quality Bread invites you in for this hands-on class focused on all things beautiful about baking baguettes! Managing Partner Greg Wade will personally instruct as the group learns to mix, shape, and bake a variety of baguettes.

Throughout the evening, bakers will learn the proper techniques around mixing and scoring to produce flaky delicious creations! During the interactive class we will provide light refreshments as you master bread perfection.
