Frontier will be hosting their next Smoke Sessions event on Thursday, May 18th from 7-9pm with Chef Dominique Leach (previous Fire Masters judge and Chopped contestant) who is the owner and chef of Lexington Betty Smokehouse, a Chicago staple that has been recognized by Good Morning America as the “Best Barbeque in Chicago.” WIth 4 cocktails included, Chef Jup and Chef Dominique will be presenting, preparing, and plating smoked salmon, brisket macaroni & cheese, smoked shrimp, and maple bacon ice cream for the guests to indulge in.
