Journey to Napa Valley at Maple & Ash's Extravagant Inglenook Wine Dinner

With a history dating back to 1879, Inglenook has played a pivotal role in shaping Napa Valley’s prestigious winemaking culture. On February 20 from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., Executive Chef Austin Adler and Head Sommelier Mike Loveisky of Maple & Ash are welcoming Todd DeVincenzi of Inglenook Winery to present a luxurious four-course dinner that offers a taste of the winery's rich legacy. To set the tone for the evening, guests can enjoy glasses of 2021 Inglenook Sauvignon Blanc and passed appetizers like fresh oysters and gougères with caviar. For the main courses, look forward to unique Inglenook wine pairings with dishes like Maple’s signature Fire-Roasted Seafood Towers and Foie Gras Tart made with fig, black olive, and licorice. Finish it off with a Chocolate and Black Truffle Soufflé along with a Celebration Shot to end the evening on a high note.
