Pilot Light's Feed Your Mind Gala is a celebration of food education and one of Chicago's premier culinary events. On November 4th, our founders, Jason Hammel, Paul Kahan, Justin Large, and Matthias Merges, will share the stage with acclaimed Chicago chefs at The Arbory.

Together, they will create an unforgettable experience for our guests and raise funds to support food education for Pre-K to 12th grade students in and beyond Chicago. All guests will have the opportunity to bid on the one-of-a-kind experiences featured in our live and silent auctions.
