Bar Roma, located in Andersonville, will welcome guests for a festive Halloween celebration on Saturday, October 31. A costume contest will take place at 8 p.m., with distanced dressed guests competing for three top prizes. The person (or duo) with the best duds will win dinner for two ($100 gift card); the second top costume will win a $50 gift card; and the third place winner will receive a bottle of Italian wine.
