Chef Junior Borges, from soon to be open Nic & Juniors Restaurant in River North, will be working with acclaimed Chef Noah Sandoval at Oriole on an incredible collab dinner, happening on April 8th at Oriole. Noah is excited to welcome Junior and his team to Chicago, so he and Junior decided to cook up a really special collaboration experience!
