Though Easter is a religious holiday, it has also come to signal a true start of spring for many people. It means that warmer weather is on the way in Chicago, and we celebrate by gathering with those we love for a little bit of joy…and hopefully some amazing food! Now, whether you observe Easter Sunday religiously, or are just looking for an amazing meal on Sunday, April 4, a wide range of Chicago restaurants are churning out menus that run the gambit from traditional brunch to a Peruvian feast. Everyone is ready for spring to truly arrive, and these menus show just that…

The spread includes Eggs Benedict and Cinnamon French Toast as well as a Slow Roasted Prime Rib carving station and an expansive raw bar with Shrimp, Oysters and Crab Legs. Add on desserts and Perpetual Mimosas and Bloody Marys to take your celebration up a notch. You can also celebrate at home with their Easter Brunch To-Go, which arrives ready to be heated, assembled, and served with instructions.

Marchesa {535 North Wells Street, Chicago; 312.527.9535}: Order in, carryout, or book a spring-tastic greenhouse table for a meal of French classics like Escargots, Caviar Service, Steak Frites and even Foie Gras.
