Shaw’s Crab House 34th Annual Oyster Festival is returning this October to Shaw's Crab House in Chicago and Schaumburg! Until Wednesday, October 19, you can celebrate with all-day oyster happy hour specials, an oyster-centric menu and an exclusive oysterkase dinner led by Chef Naoki. 

Throughout the Festival, Shaw’s - Chicago and Shaw’s - Schaumburg are featuring a menu of special oyster dishes available in both the Oyster Bar and Dining Room including Oyster Rockefeller, Fried Oysters, Oyster Rockefeller Pasta, Oyster Po'boy, Buffalo Fried Oysters, Charbroiled Oysters! New this year at Shaw's Chicago is the exclusive Oyster-kase dinner on Wednesday, October 19 at 6:00 PM, led by Executive Sushi Chef Naoki Nakashimia. The special menu highlights fresh fish, wagyu beef, and of course, the oyster. Reserve your spot at the Oyster-kase dinner on Wednesday, October 19.

Exclusive to Shaw's - Schaumburg, you can also stop in every Monday throughout Oyster Festival and slurp back select oysters on the half shell and sip on select bottles of wine, all for half price. This deal is exclusive to the Oyster Bar at Shaw’s - Schaumburg.

Father's Day Packages at Shaw's Crab House Chicago

Shaw's Chicago has curated several Father's Day packages to ensure your Dad is celebrated the way he wants. Choose between a Build-Your-Own Lobster Roll Package, Whole Alaskan King Crab 4-Course Dinner, and Surf & Turf Packages.

For the Dad who needs a snack to take to the golf course: The Build-Your-Own Lobster Roll Packages (designed for two for $75 plus tax or four for $140 plus tax) includes Shaw's Fresh Maine Lobster Roll Mix with hellman's mayonnaise, celery, fresh brioche buns, creamy coleslaw, potato salad, roasted mighty vine tomato with fresh burrata, and mini Tom's Farm cobblers.

For the Dad who wants to eat like a King and do a family activity: Whole Alaskan King Crab Dinner. This package, inclusive of step by step video instructions, allows you and Dad to break down a Whole Alaskan King Crab to create a beautiful four-course dinner. Dinner is priced at $250 plus tax and is built to feed four people. Preorders must be placed by 4PM the day before.

Dessert: 4 Mini Strawberry & Rhubarb Cobblers

For the Dad who wants a labor free meal and the best of both worlds: Surf & Turf Packages. This dinner package includes roasted mighty vine tomatoes with fresh burrata, 6 oz filet mignons, South African lobster tails, loaded baked potatoes, grilled Tom's Farm asparagus with lemon aioli, and mini strawberry and rhubarb cobblers. Priced for two people for $100 plus tax and for four people for $190 plus tax.

Each meal must be preordered the day prior by 6PM on Tock. Shaw's a la carte menu will be available in addition to these packages from 12PM - 8PM on Saturday, June 20 and 3PM - 7PM on Sunday, June 21.
