Chef Erick Williams of Virtue Taking Over Al’s Beef

Chef Erick Williams will take over Al’s Beef - the neighborhood beef stand turned iconic Little Italy locale - from Thursday, October 15th - Saturday, October 17th. His classics remix package will be $17.50 and will include a "remix" of the iconic Al's Beef sandwich. The meal will be available to purchase exclusively via Resy for pickup.

This is part of a nationwide event being put on by Resy in the country’s best food cities! This October, Resy celebrates famous food destinations in eight cities with The Classics Remix, a brand new takeout-based event series. Resy is teaming up with leading chefs in each of the eight cities and asking them to flip the script on old-school favorites, as a way to pay homage to the singular restaurants we can’t live without.
