The Sunshine Retreat at Summer House
Say YES to warmth & wellness at The Sunshine Retreat at Summer House. The evening kicks off with a workout at Barry's on 1937 N Halsted St from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM. Following the class, guests will make their way over to Summer House for post-workout bites, refreshing zero-proof beverages and pre-workout to-goodies to keep you motivated for your next sweat sesh. Attending guests will receive a free Barry's class & guest pass valid for 14 days following the event.

Virtual Health-Focused Cooking Demo: A New Year, A New You: Superfoods
The New Year is a great opportunity to start making more mindful and intentional decisions on how to best nourish your body and make long term, healthy lifestyle goals. Join us for virtual health-focused cooking demonstrations every Monday in January where we will dedicate time to lecture, cooking techniques, and Q&A taught by Chopping Block chef and nutritionist, JC White! With pre-planning tips and basic techniques, we will give you the tools and knowhow needed to create filling and delicious meals designed to support the best nutritional practices.
Today's class will focus on Superfoods:
Superfoods are whole, natural foods such as vegetables, beans, nuts, whole grains and lean protein that contain vitamins, minerals and antioxidants our bodies need. We'll teach you how to make mouth-watering, customizable recipes you can feel good about eating while benefiting your health.
