Get ready for Funkenhausen’s upcoming wine dinner on January 19th! This dinner will highlight wines that are highly drinkable and will feature a 4-course experience at $85 per person (including tax!) with wine pairings for each course.
January’s wine collaboration is with Selection Massale; an importer of fine, natural wines. Most of their portfolio is biodynamically grown, working vineyards by hand, and all are naturally fermented. These wines will be perfectly paired by Chef Mark Steur.
