The Publican honors the Oktoberfest tradition with a massive German feast and festive celebration in its Fulton Market dining room and on the outdoor patio. Prepaid reservations for the event are available through Tock for $75 per person and include three courses of Bavarian-style delicacies like a traditional obatzda cheese spread with market crudité, sausages from PQM, sauerkraut braised with beer and bacon, and beesting cake by Executive Pastry Chef Erika Chan.
