Join The Publican for a one-night-only Fall Pig Roast in partnership with Slagel Family Farms! In true Publican form, they'll be roasting a Slagel Family Farm’s whole pig to serve alongside the season’s peak harvest vegetables and seasonal accompaniments.
1st course: Suzy Apple-mom’s Honeycrisp Apple Salad with Endive & Crispy Pig Ears
2nd course: Roast Pig, Delicata Squash with Brown Butter Walnuts & Farmer’s Cheese, Braised Tuscan Kale, Farro & Pickled Grapes, Honey Bread & Butter, Side of crispy pig’s skin (limited, until they run out!)
3rd course: Dessert!
