Tours are back at Dovetail!! Join them every 3rd Saturday for their award-winning 90-minute brewery tour. Participate in a water tasting (bet you didn't see that coming!), a hop rubbing, and malt tasting, while exploring the unique features in the brewery, including their coolship and 115-year-old copper kettle from Weihenstephaner (the oldest brewery in the world!).
