Chef Paul Liebrandt, whose New York restaurant Corton held two Michelin-stars, will collaborate with Executive Chef Francis Arguilla of Sushi | Bar Chicago on a unique 18-course menu.  Each chef will present 9-courses highlighting rare fish, decadent caviar, exclusive wines and sakes; as well as a primary showcase on Matsusaka beef complemented with Krug Champagne for each guest.
