Glenn Keefer, a longtime Chicago restaurateur who began his steak house career at The Palm Restaurant in New York, is teaming up with Matthew BonAnno, founder of BonAnno and Matthew Fritz Wineries in Napa Valley, to bring the ultimate virtual steak and wine experience from the comfort of home.

The dinner will include a Zoom link, tasting notes, detailed cooking instructions, and discussions from Matt BonAnno tied to the wine pairings. Guests will also receive a steak education discussion from Glenn Keefer, specifically on the steaks included within the dinner.

The menu includes Prosciutto and Burrata crostini, Baby Iceberg Wedge Salad, 1 Ribeye, 1 8oz Sophia Style Filet, Potatoes Au Gratin, a Chocolate Cake, and more. Guests will also receive 3 bottles of wine from BonAnno and Matthew Fritz Wineries including a Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon.
