Mon Ami Gabi Executive Chef David Koehn and team welcome S.K.Y. Executive Chef Stephen Gillanders to the bistro for a culinary collaboration. The five-course dinner will blend elements of both concepts in dishes like Beef Carpaccio with Comté and Black Truffle Fondants, Caramelized Sea Scallops Confit Pork Belly Pave, and more. A paired beverage will be served alongside each course. The one-night-only event celebrates Chef Gillanders’ upcoming return to the Belden-Stratford and first collaborative event with Lettuce Entertain You since his Chef-in-Residence at Intro in 2015.
