In partnership with Laurent Perrier Champagne, Fairmont Chicago’s Laurent Perrier Champagne Dinner will take place on Wednesday, December 7 from 6pm – 8pm. The evening will feature a 5-course meal accompanied by various champagnes from Laurent Perrier. The menu includes Lobster accompanied by Laurent Perrier “Harmony” Demi-Sec, Oyster with Laurent Perrier’s “La Cuvee” Brut, Black Cod with Lauren Perrier “Blanc de Blanc” Brut Nature, Walleye with Laurent Perrier the “Cuvee Rose” Brut, and a dessert shot accompanied by Laurent Perrier “Ultra Brut” Nature. Tickets are $95 per person (plus applicable taxes and service charges) and can be purchased here
