Famed Dallas, TX sushi haven in the sky Kessaku is headed to Chicago’s beloved restaurant etta in Bucktown for one night only. The Kessaku and etta teams will present a special omakase-style menu with Kessaku staples like their Chitarra made Uni Cacio and roasted crab stick and their impressive Kessaku Tower featuring sashimi, tuna & truffle, hamachi & crispy ginger, oyster & caviar, plus prawns. A welcome cocktail and additional beverage accompaniments will also be served to keep the meal moving.
