To kick off the holiday season, Sofitel Chicago is hosting a unique dining experience, Holiday Joy Dinner, part of the hotel’s Art de Noël Christmas celebration. The four-course menu has been specially created by Sofitel Chicago’s Executive Chef Cliff Crawford, and includes dishes like the Duck Breast with Butternut Squash Purée, Seared Sea Scallops, along with carefully selected wine pairings with each course.
