Geja's Cafe is excited to kick off their 42nd Annual Champagne Festival with a Champagne Tasting event and Champagne Maker Dinner. The legendary restaurant – which recently celebrated 57 years as one of Chicago’s most beloved dining destinations – has been running this three-month celebration of bubbles for over four decades and is excited to bring guests a full 90 days of Gruet Winery this year! The famous New Mexico producer is known for its distinct style. While produced here in the states, it’s made in the same style as French Champagne, each varietal more delicious than the next and a winery that has seen decades of success as one of the best sparkling wines/champagnes in the country. Kicking off the festival are two exciting champagne-focused events, while the remainder of the festival will feature SEVEN of Gruet’s incredible varietals on the menu at Geja’s, now through the end of February.
