Guests are invited to cozy up with loved ones and learn a new skill this winter at the Fairmont Lodge’s Cooking & Cocktail Classes. From 6:00pm to 8:00pm on January 13 and 27, and February 10, guests can learn how to make popular dishes and cocktails from Fairmont Chicago’s team of talented chefs and local mixologists. Each class will center around how to make favorites including an inspired cocktail with recipe included, fresh pappardelle pasta, and a celebratory cheese and charcuterie board. Tickets are $55 plus tax and service. Each class is available for up to 10 people and includes cocktails. Reservations can be made on Tock, linked here.
