City Winery Chicago invites you to the Bourbon & Bacon Pairing Series by Executive Chef, Timothy Fink.
This unique evening will take place in their Private Barrel Room and will consist of a four-course tasting dinner along with crafted bourbon cocktails with a City Winery twist.

MENU
- Amuse - Bourbon Gummy Bears; paired with aperitif shot: Basil Hayden / Aperol / lemon
- 1st Course -Bacon Meatball, wrapped in bacon with jalapeño bourbon cheese sauce; paired with New York Sour Basil Hayden / lemon / maple syrup / City Winery Pinot Noir
- 2nd Course -Crispy Brussel Sprouts bacon parmesan, bourbon vinaigrette; paired with Bourbon Thyme Sangria City Winery White Wine / Maker's Mark / lemon / thyme syrup / cranberry / sparkling water
- 3rd Course -Smoked Beef Brisket Bacon BLT with bourbon habanero aioli; paired with Mulled Wine City Winery Red Wine / Knob Creek / winter spices / maple
- 4th Course -Bacon Hawaiian Bread Pudding with bourbon icing; paired with Housemade Jim Beam Black Bourbon Cream
