Celebrate Beaujolais Nouveau Day at Le Sud! From Thursday, November 17 to Wednesday, November 23, the Roscoe Village restaurant will feature Georges Duboeuf Beaujolais Nouveau for $9 per glass/$45 per bottle. Pair your vin de France with Le Sud's Provence-inspired small plates, large plates, sides and desserts.

Beaujolais Nouveau Day, celebrated the third Thursday in November, highlights French wine released just weeks after the hand-picked grapes have been harvested. France celebrates the occasion with fireworks, music and festivals. Nouveau's whole-berry fermentation results in a young, easy drinking, cherry red wine best served chilled.
