Tucked in between spooky season and winter holidays, November is one of the best months to get you in the holiday spirit. From exhibits to arcades, wine clubs and more, we’ve rounded up the best things to do in Chicago this November. Let’s make the most of the end of the year in our favorite city!
Pendry Boozy Tea {November 14-January 2}
Set your tea time to any Sunday from 1-4PM, from November 14 to January 2, at Bar Pendry. The fireside retreat in the recently-debuted Pendry Chicago, is turning Sunday tea parties up a notch with Boozy Tea service. Sporting unconventional beverages such as the Handsome Toddy with black tea, dark rum, black tea-infused agave nectar, and lemon juice, accompanied by large-format, punch-bowl style cocktails such as the Tango in the Vestibule, created with Queen Mary tea, whole cloves, allspice berries, cinnamon, orange rind, and bourbon infused with brown sugar sweetened Queen Mary. Talk about tea with a twist!
The Dr. Seuss Experience
“You can find magic wherever you look,” especially at the new Dr. Seuss Experience. Located in Water Tower Place, this imaginative and immersive exhibit takes each guest on an awe-inspiring journey through nine different Dr. Seuss books, allowing visitors a chance to magically step into the pages of some of Dr Seuss’ most famous books. With the cold weather slowly creeping in it’s the perfect new indoor adventure for adults and children alike!
"8 Crazy Nights" Hanukkah Pop-Up {Starting November 19}
For its third year in a row Chicago’s first and only Hanukkah-themed pop-up bar “8 Crazy Nights” is back at The Graystone Tavern starting November 19 through January 2. Featuring winter wonderland-esque decorations, traditional and novel Jewish food like Matzo Ball Soup and Boozy Jelly Donuts, you can also sip on festive Hanukkah-flavored drinks including Mensch Mules and more! This pop-up is the perfect way to get you in the holiday spirit.
Squid Arcade Pop-Up {Through November 28}
Replay Lincoln Park's well-known pop-up is once again bringing pop culture to their space with their latest pop-up installment, Squid Arcade. Seven Ten Social Bowling Alley

BLVD Steakhouse Wine Club
This month BLVD Steakhouse, a three-time Wine Spectator Award winner for the ‘World’s Top Restaurants for Wine’, is launching its first ever Wine Club. The club features a mixture of prominent and lesser known producers. Club members will not only receive exclusive access to off-menu bottles each month, but also insider details about wine specials before they occur and first access to event tickets.
