Kick off the summer season with an amazing (and simple) summer cocktail! This Paloma is refreshing and beautiful, created by the Gibson’s Italia {233 North Canal Street, Chicago; 312.414.1100} team just for Chicago 🍹 But now, you can create it at your home bar with ease…just pull out the Tequila Tromba and get ready for your most delicious at-home cocktail hour yet…

Ingredients

  • 1.5oz Tequila Tromba Blanco

  • 0.25oz Combier Pamplemousse

  • 0.75oz lime juice

  • 1.5oz San Pellegrino Pompelmo

  • Pinch of Maldon Salt

Combine all the ingredients in a highball with 1x1 ice cubes and stir for one serving.
Then, garnish with a slice (or two) of grapefruit, and enjoy!
