Manhattan

  • 2oz Wiseman Rye

  • 1oz Antica Carpano Sweet Vermouth

  • 3 dashes Ango Bitters

Add the rye whiskey, sweet vermouth, and bitters into a glass over ice and stir until well-chilled. Strain into a double rocks glass over a large ice cube with a filthy black cherry (or a lemon twist, if preferred).

Old Fashioned

  • 2oz Wiseman Rye

  • 0.50oz Demerara Syrup

  • 3 dashes Angostura Bitters

  • 3 dashes Orange Bitters

  • Orange Peel

Fill a mixing glass with ice, add the bitters and then rye whiskey. Stir until well-chilled. Strain and serve over a large ice cube in a double rocks glass. Twist to express the oil of an orange twist over the glass, then drop the orange peel into the glass to garnish.
