The Paramount Group – Chicago’s leader in personalized, innovative, and thoughtfully curated culinary and social experiences – is pleased to announce The Four Twenty Experience, a special, California-inspired dinner in collaboration with the team at High-Minded Events. The one-night-only event will take place Tuesday, April 20 in the Eden restaurant space (1748 W. Lake St.) beginning with a welcome reception at 6 p.m. followed by a seated dinner at 7 p.m.

Featuring a four-course dinner prepared by Chef/Partner Devon Quinn and a host of spirit-free beverage creations by Mixologist Alex Rydzewski, the evening will showcase the clean, contemporary flavors for which Eden was lauded prior to its July 2020 closure due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The spirit of Eden has since lived on with private, at-home culinary services provided by Chef Quinn, holiday meal kits, and – most recently – intimate social functions in its idyllic dining spaces. Chef Quinn has also continued to passionately cultivate his onsite greenhouse, harvesting rare, tropical, and indigenous greens and vegetables that enhance his menus.

On April 20, guests will be treated to an elegant affair that unifies the food and beverage expertise afforded by Quinn and Rydzewski, The Paramount Group’s refined approach to events, and pristine cannabis selections that will be incorporated into the menu.
