Those who like it raw are invited to enjoy buck a shuck oysters and drink specials at the iconic Fulton Market beer hall, as the city’s finest chefs jump behind an eight foot “oyster boat” with Kahan (specially flown in by Island Creek Oyster) to shuck things up. Each chef runs the shuck show for an hour at a time, between 5 – 9 p.m. to band together and raise funds, with 100% of oyster proceeds benefitting Pilot Light, an organization whose mission is to educate and inspire students to be changemakers for an equitable, sustainable, and accessible food future. Participating Chef’s Include Beverly Kim, Genie Kwon & Tim Flores, Joe Flamm, Erick Williams, and Jason Hammel.
Walk ins and bar tables available, but reservations encouraged and can be secured by clicking HERE on Tock. Full dinner and drink menu will be served in addition to the special $1 oysters. The restaurant is also holding a good handful of walk-in resos open for the evening.
