The Goddess and Grocer is excited to celebrate another local business and team up with neighbor and legendary baker, Chef Mindy Segal. Mindy will be hosting a pop-up at the Bucktown location (1649 N Damen) of The Goddess and Grocer and will feature handmade bagels, bialys, stuffed croissants, and more. Guests are encouraged to pair their pop up purchases with Goddess house blend coffee and enjoy their snacks on the patio areas. 

The pop-up will run: 

Thursday, August 20 - 8am - Noon 

Friday, August 21 - 8am - Noon 

The menu will include:

Bagels - plain, sesame, everything, black russian, zaatar 

Bialy - caramelized tropea onion with fromage blanc 

Schmears - plain, chive, smoked salmon 

Savory Danish - BLT & summer veggie with egg 

Danish - sweet and sour cherry with brown butter custard & almonds

Croissants - chocolate & halva, cubano, cane sugar
